The GURU JAMBHESHWAR UNIVERSITY, MORADABAD, has implemented the Samarth e-Governance Admission Portal for the 2025-26 academic year to streamline and digitize the admission process for Government and Affilated Colleges in the state.

The portal offers a centralized online admission system, allowing students to apply to multiple colleges and programs through a single platform. It ensures transparency, efficiency, and ease of access for applicants and institutions alike.

The portal is a step towards digital transformation in higher education, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient admission process for students and institutions.

              

     ·        All students for UG/PG Program are required to complete their profile registration on the university's admission portal. 

 

·        After successful registration, students must take a printout of   the registration form.

  

·    Once the registration form is printed, students must visit the Affiliated College/University Campus  in person to complete the final admission process. (For MERIT Based UG/PG Programs) 


·    Last date for Registration for UG Program First Semester/Year is 20th August 2025 and PG Programs First Semester/Year is 31st August 2025.

1.     Print your GJUMRN Registration Confirmation Form from ‘OPTION 2: All other Affiliated Colleges’ Tab.

 

2.     Visit the Guru Jambheshwar University, Moradabad Camp Office (Govt. Polytechnic Campus, Kanth Road, Moradabad) in person.

 

3.  Submit your GJUMRN Form and required documents to complete the admission process at the Campus, GURU JAMBHESHWAR UNIVERSITY MORADABAD
